Tuna + Olive Oil Pasta

Ingredients

  • tuna in olive oil (i used the canned one - drain it)

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 2 tablespoon of minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  • fresh parmesan cheese

Let’s Cook!

  1. Follow your pasta’s cooking instructions (~10-12 min). Tip: add olive oil to the boiling water so noodles wont stick together. Once cooked, drain it.

  2. Heat off - Add the olive oil, garlic and tuna to the pasta. Mix it all together!

Serve! Top it with freshly shredded parm! Season with salt and pepper. Optional: Add crushed red hot pepper flakes for a kick!
