For the egg lovers out there like me! Sure we can just go online and check out tips in boiling eggs (soft->hard) but this gadget is my go to! It’s on Amazon!

  • When you don't feel like chopping!

  • Umami ++ to all Asian dishes

Note: Don’t forget to refrigirate the fish sauce and oyster sauce once opened. Chili oil, sesame oil and rice vinegar should be stored in room temp.

  • When your rice cooker is not operating 24/7

Frozen rice it is! I usually buy these from Trader Joe’s, other stores should carry their own brand. 3 minute microwave on High …rice rice baby!

  • Tips on Meats

We love our meats! I find rotisserie chicken very convenient - no cooking required. Great in salads, last minute dinners, and as an ingredient to some of my quick meals

Ground turkey - always in our weekly shopping list.

On buying pork or beef - you can request to have them cut the meat depending on how you’re cooking it (fajita style, in cubes, etc). Already cut meat = time saved in the kitchen!
